We’re looking for a rockstar Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer service inquiries.
- Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
- Build accurate repair estimates and educate customers on their repair and maintenance options.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in to check-out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling/service software.
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with both customers and technicians.
- A genuine interest in customer service and the automotive industry.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
